The Raph from the first TMNT series would say: "I'd get down on one knee but I'm a turtle and if I slip and fall on my back you may nave to help me back up again." But the Raph from the newer series? HE'D say: "Baby, would you make me the happiest TMNT in the world... and spend the rest of your life with me... KICKIN' SOME BADDIE BUTT?"
